This was my first Tesla and I was very nervous about it but Jo and Lewis were there guiding me though the process and soon those nerves were gone. I have never met such genuine people who care so much about their customers going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. Lewis, who dealt with the handover, was knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the set up of my phone as the car key, the paperwork transfer and explanation of the basic car controls.
