Lewis, who dealt with the handover, was knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the set up of my phone as the car key, the paperwork transfer and explanation of the basic car controls. Professional Service ALL Round. We collected our white Tesla Model 3 LR RWD. We had a distance to travel so decided the train was the best transport to use. However there was a delay getting to New Milton. Without any hesitation RSEV offered to collect us from the New Milton train station. From our initial visit (way before buying) to the end result of collecting the car the service from this company was excellent, very informative, communication was superb and no pressure what so ever. We eventually decided on the car after extensive photos and videos being sent to us. The car was as described and a full and comprehensive handover from Lewis was given to us. He took time to answer any questions we had. We would recommend this company to anyone contemplating buying a vehicle.
