I found the people at R Symons to be very helpful, not in any way pushy, very informative, and took significant time in explaining aspects of the purchase and also how Teslas work. They spent an 1 hour handing over the vehicle making sure I understood how Tesla's work. The vehicle was in excellent condition, literally looked brand new, and had been prepared very well. I got the sense there was no question I couldn't ask, and if I did ask a question, they were more than capable of answering it all. They provided me with a test drive for about 30 minutes with one of their staff, Tom, who was also excellent, and it just felt like a very pleasant buying experience.

Jo is a true Tesla enthusiast and told me been selling them for ten years. This gave me confidence that the selection of used cars on offer were probably the best available and certainly as advertised. Jo has a wealth of knowledge and spent a lot with me answering questions and explaining the car before the sale, as did his colleague at the handover, which put me at ease and made the experience enjoyable. The test drive really showed what the car is capable of. I drove 150 miles to this showroom to get the right Tesla 3 variant for me and could not be happier with it.

I travelled from Cambridge to their showroom in New Milton to view and purchase a Tesla Model Y Long range. They viewing process with Joe was very good, informative and not rushed. The car was presented in very good condition. They know their cars and the viewing was pleasantly free from 'pressurised sales spiel'.

The handover with Tom was also very good. He took the time to show us how to set up the Tesla app and other tech aspects of the car.

Good friendly people, knowledgeable about all things Tesla & other stuff, informative, buying was made easy, always at the end of the phone to answer my sometimes obvious questions, collecting and handover couldn’t have been easier, a great car now graces my driveway.

Bought my first EV, a 2023 Tesla Model Y, from RSEV. We dealt with Jo who was so helpful during our initial test drive visit. We had plenty of questions which he answered all of. Clearly passionate about EVs and so knowledgeable. After the test drive we paid the deposit straightaway. Picked the car up the following week and it was presented to an extremely high standard. As part of the handover Jo went through a lot of information about the car and the screen. He then got us all set up on the Tesla app and paired our phones. Nothing I could fault and would definitely buy from them again. No hesitation in highly recommending them. Their You Tube channel is great with lots of information and tips as well.

I contacted this company to ask if they repair Teslas. Although they don’t offer that service, I was really impressed by how helpful they were. They took the time to give me advice and point me in the right direction, even though I wasn’t a customer and there was nothing in it for them.

That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even bought from them, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual customers. I’ll definitely be considering them when I next need to replace my car.

We found the process easy and straightforward. Appreciated the time Sergiu took to go through everything answering all our questions. Was a little concerned that we had not driven the car prior to purchase, but it drove perfectly equal or better than the Two M3 we had test drives in. The personal service and reputation was why we choose RSEV.
