I'm no big fan of car dealers, which is part of my reason for choosing Tesla. But R Symons are a bit different in that they specialise in EV and especially Tesla, and it's possible to gain insights to them via their YouTube channel. That gave me confidence to buy from them rather than Tesla or other used car sites. So far after just a couple of weeks I am confident that I will continue to be very pleased with my purchase.

Dealt with Richard over two years ago, sold my Model S to him, very smooth and very quick process, at the time Richard said if wanted another Tesla just get in touch, two years later just purchased a low mileage 3 year old Model Y, fantastic service from Jo, no pressure at all to purchase a car from them, so excited to get back into a Tesla, thank you Jo for all your help and for dropping the car over today best wishes to the team.

Bought a wonderful condition VW ID3 EV from the team at RSymons at the weekend. What a great company! I just bought my first ever EV, a Tesla Model 3, from Rsymons having found their YouTube channel. Amazing service from everyone I spoke to from start to end and I'm super happy with the car. Sergiu took his time to run me through every aspect of the car on collection, and also to answer all of my questions thoroughly (and there were a lot). It's clear these guys know EVs as well as anybody out there - would 100% recommend buying from them if you're in the market!
