Bought my first EV, a 2023 Tesla Model Y, from RSEV. We dealt with Jo who was so helpful during our initial test drive visit. We had plenty of questions which he answered all of. Clearly passionate about EVs and so knowledgeable. After the test drive we paid the deposit straightaway. Picked the car up the following week and it was presented to an extremely high standard. As part of the handover Jo went through a lot of information about the car and the screen. He then got us all set up on the Tesla app and paired our phones. Nothing I could fault and would definitely buy from them again. No hesitation in highly recommending them. Their You Tube channel is great with lots of information and tips as well.

I contacted this company to ask if they repair Teslas. Although they don’t offer that service, I was really impressed by how helpful they were. They took the time to give me advice and point me in the right direction, even though I wasn’t a customer and there was nothing in it for them.

That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. If this is how they treat someone who hasn’t even bought from them, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual customers. I’ll definitely be considering them when I next need to replace my car.

We found the process easy and straightforward. Appreciated the time Sergiu took to go through everything answering all our questions. Was a little concerned that we had not driven the car prior to purchase, but it drove perfectly equal or better than the Two M3 we had test drives in. The personal service and reputation was why we choose RSEV.

Richard & Serge absolutely brilliant. Serge ( very patiently) walked me through the process of setting up in the Tesla app. The whole process of purchasing was a very pleasant experience.

Unparalleled service from a company who clearly know their stuff and who go above and beyond what can normally be expected from a used car dealership. Coupled with their excellent YouTube channel, which oozes knowledge, thorough testing and honest appraisals, at no point do you ever feel that the wool might be being pulled over your eyes! Will definitely be going back for my next Tesla!
