Richard & Serge absolutely brilliant. Serge ( very patiently) walked me through the process of setting up in the Tesla app. The whole process of purchasing was a very pleasant experience.

Unparalleled service from a company who clearly know their stuff and who go above and beyond what can normally be expected from a used car dealership. Coupled with their excellent YouTube channel, which oozes knowledge, thorough testing and honest appraisals, at no point do you ever feel that the wool might be being pulled over your eyes! If I could buy another I would! The guys here at RSEV are second to none. This was my first Tesla and I was very nervous about it but Jo and Lewis were there guiding me though the process and soon those nerves were gone. I have never met such genuine people who care so much about their customers going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future just need to convince my parents to swap to a Tesla!
