Bought a wonderful condition VW ID3 EV from the team at RSymons at the weekend. What a great company! I just bought my first ever EV, a Tesla Model 3, from Rsymons having found their YouTube channel. Amazing service from everyone I spoke to from start to end and I'm super happy with the car. Sergiu took his time to run me through every aspect of the car on collection, and also to answer all of my questions thoroughly (and there were a lot). It's clear these guys know EVs as well as anybody out there - would 100% recommend buying from them if you're in the market!

Excellent service from RSEV on my first Tesla purchase from the initial contact with Sergiu through to the vehicle handover with Lewis and it was a pleasure dealing with both of them. As RSEV is over 200 miles away from my home, I requested their appraisal of the vehicle pre prep together with photos. Full details were provided with a run through over the phone to discuss in more detail and further photos and video sent post prep. Within two weeks from initial contact I collected my vehicle which was exactly as described and I am very happy with my purchase. The many technical questions I raised were answered in great detail by Serge through the process and I would highly recommend R Symons to anyone looking to buy a vehicle

Rich and his team were all very welcoming and extremely supportive when I bought my first EV. They took a lot of time to talk through the car and answer all of my questions patiently and in detail. They are clearly very knowledgeable about Tesla, EVs and the supporting infrastructure. It was a very friendly sales process with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, in fact it was only after I decided to buy the car that I was told there were others waiting to view it later in the day!
