Brilliant from start to finish.I've followed Richard and the team online for a long time and when the right car came up it was an easy decision to buy it from R Symons.
Serge was fantastic in answering the questions I had before I purchased and went into loads of detail which put my mind at ease.
When I came to collect the car, Jo walked me through the whole car and the features and was on hand to answer any questions I had.
The buying process didn't feel rushed as it so often is in the car trade - having an appointment only system is great and you feel the team is there to support your purchase.
The after sale care has been just as good helping me out with a few things.
