This was my first Tesla and I was very nervous about it but Jo and Lewis were there guiding me though the process and soon those nerves were gone. I have never met such genuine people who care so much about their customers going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future just need to convince my parents to swap to a Tesla!

Lewis, who dealt with the handover, was knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the set up of my phone as the car key, the paperwork transfer and explanation of the basic car controls. I feel reassured and was given time to ask questions. The whole team were exceptional, we spoke at length about the car and were given great advice and really personal service. Professional Service ALL Round. We collected our white Tesla Model 3 LR RWD. We had a distance to travel so decided the train was the best transport to use. However there was a delay getting to New Milton. Without any hesitation RSEV offered to collect us from the New Milton train station. From our initial visit (way before buying) to the end result of collecting the car the service from this company was excellent, very informative, communication was superb and no pressure what so ever. We eventually decided on the car after extensive photos and videos being sent to us. The car was as described and a full and comprehensive handover from Lewis was given to us. He took time to answer any questions we had. We would recommend this company to anyone contemplating buying a vehicle.
