Rich and his team were all very welcoming and extremely supportive when I bought my first EV. They took a lot of time to talk through the car and answer all of my questions patiently and in detail. They are clearly very knowledgeable about Tesla, EVs and the supporting infrastructure. It was a very friendly sales process with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, in fact it was only after I decided to buy the car that I was told there were others waiting to view it later in the day! All-in-all I couldn't have asked for a better purchase experience. Many thanks to the whole team.

Their knowledge, expertise and customer service were all excellent. The car was perfectly presented and the handover training on the car was very informative. Overall, they were happy to spend us much time with me as I needed and there was no pressure to 'sell'. Just how a car dealer should be!

Start to finish they looked after me as a team and then throughout the buying process Lewis was available for advice and very helpful in all aspects of me buying the car. On the day, meeting Richard and the team was such a great experience, you really do feel their enthusiasm for what they do, their knowledge was invaluable to me and I'll be buying my next car from them as well, no doubt, would recommend to everyone without hesitation.
