The whole team from start to finish were attentive, helpful and didn’t put any pressure on the sale whatsoever. I was a long distance buyer so didn’t see or drive the car until I went to collect it. An in-depth walk round video was done for me that pointed out any minor flaws (car is 5 years old so had usual bits and pieces as expected). When I went to collect there was a small scratch that wasn’t noted during prep or discussions and Jo agreed to pay for the repair without hesitation. Again, was easy and seamless and nothing was too much for them to accommodate. No plans to change the car any time soon, but I know where I’m getting my next one from and would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone wanting electric.

Having viewed various Tesla 3,s at dealerships in Lancashire and Yorkshire we travelled 270mls to R Symons at New Milton on the south coast. I have to say this is exactly how a dealership should be run. We were met by Jo who is more knowledgeable about Tesla’s than the people at Tesla themselves. We came specifically to view a 75 reg Tesla 3 with only 772mls on the clock. The car was presented immaculately. WOW AMAZING If you are thinking of buying a Tesla you need to buy from here. Myself and my dad travelled 266 miles to finally find the Tesla we had been trying to find (model 3).We have been all over travelling the length and breadth of the country but nothing was as advertised until we visited R Symons. On the day of the hand over the young man that did it took the time to get me set up with my Tesla account and set the car up for me.

I found the people at R Symons to be very helpful, not in any way pushy, very informative, and took significant time in explaining aspects of the purchase and also how Teslas work. They spent an 1 hour handing over the vehicle making sure I understood how Tesla's work. The vehicle was in excellent condition, literally looked brand new, and had been prepared very well. I got the sense there was no question I couldn't ask, and if I did ask a question, they were more than capable of answering it all. They provided me with a test drive for about 30 minutes with one of their staff, Tom, who was also excellent, and it just felt like a very pleasant buying experience.

Jo is a true Tesla enthusiast and told me been selling them for ten years. This gave me confidence that the selection of used cars on offer were probably the best available and certainly as advertised. Jo has a wealth of knowledge and spent a lot with me answering questions and explaining the car before the sale, as did his colleague at the handover, which put me at ease and made the experience enjoyable. The test drive really showed what the car is capable of. I drove 150 miles to this showroom to get the right Tesla 3 variant for me and could not be happier with it.

Good quality car. The viewing and buying process was relaxed and very professional.

I travelled from Cambridge to their showroom in New Milton to view and purchase a Tesla Model Y Long range. They viewing process with Joe was very good, informative and not rushed. The car was presented in very good condition. They know their cars and the viewing was pleasantly free from 'pressurised sales spiel'.

The handover with Tom was also very good. He took the time to show us how to set up the Tesla app and other tech aspects of the car.
