...the whole experience was great

Bought a wonderful condition VW ID3 EV from the team at RSymons at the weekend. From the first moment I called them up, through to visiting them, test driving and picking up the car the whole experience was great. Thanks Lewis and Serge - you exceeded expectations in every single way, and were professional, thoughtful and kind - I especially appreciated being picked up from the train station as I'd travelled far!
